Every service below starts the same way: you tell me how you work, I tell you what is worth automating and what is not, with hours and euros, and only then do we build anything.

AI WhatsApp assistant

An assistant on the official WhatsApp Business API that understands questions even when they are badly written, answers with your real prices, stock and schedule, and hands over to a person anything it does not know or anything sensitive. You can still reply yourself at any time.

  • Typically gives back 10 to 25 hours a month in a shop with 15-20 enquiries a day.
  • Running costs: a few euros a month of AI, plus Meta's per-message fee for templates you initiate.
  • What I will not do: unofficial QR-code bots that can get your number banned, or bulk messages to people who did not ask.

Automatic invoice reading

Supplier invoices arriving by email are read with AI, checked (totals add up, VAT ID valid, no duplicates) and filed into your spreadsheet or accounting software. Only the ones that do not add up reach you.

  • From 6 to 58 hours a month, depending on volume. Accounting firms are where it shows the most.
  • Running cost: around one or two cents per invoice.

Instant quotes

A short form on your website (or inside WhatsApp) that asks three or four questions, calculates a price range with your own rates and sends you the lead with everything the client answered. Your rates live in a spreadsheet you edit yourself.

  • Ideal for trades, workshops, renovations and any service with rate tables.

Reminders and follow-ups

Appointment reminders the day before, "your order is ready" notices, delay warnings before the client asks, follow-ups on quotes that got no answer, and overdue payment reminders.

  • Most quotes are not lost because they are expensive; they are lost because nobody followed up.

Customer service with AI

Your info@ inbox read and classified, with answers drafted from your own data. Order-status questions answered with the real carrier status. A chat on your website that knows your business.

Lead capture with AI

A system that finds people asking for what you sell on LinkedIn, Reddit, freelance marketplaces and forums, scores their buying intent and drafts a reply in your tone. It never sends anything on its own.

Social media automation

Comment a keyword, receive the link by DM on Instagram (official API) and TikTok; automatic replies to comments on YouTube; and every morning, what is working for your competitors.

AI agents

An assistant that can use your tools: check sales and stock, prepare reports, create tasks, and ask for confirmation before changing anything important. Built with MCP, least-privilege access and a full log.

n8n and Make integrations

Your tools talking to each other: form to CRM, order to invoice and shipping label, stock synced between your till and your online store. I pick whichever is cheapest to maintain for you: n8n, Make or a small piece of code.

Training

Hands-on AI training for teams, with your own cases: ChatGPT and Claude used properly, first automations without code, and Claude Code and MCP for technical profiles.
