IA que trabaja

AI automation for small businesses, done by one person who actually builds it

I am David, an AI automation freelancer based in Spain. I take repetitive work off small businesses: WhatsApp replies, invoices, quotes, reminders and lead capture. Everything documented, and in your name.

Most small businesses repeat the same four things all day: quoting, invoicing, booking and answering the same questions twenty times. The trade is what makes each business different. The paperwork is not.

That paperwork is what I automate.

What I automate

  • WhatsApp and customer service with AI. An assistant that answers with your real prices and stock, at any hour, and hands over to a person whatever it does not know.
  • Invoices read automatically. Supplier invoices arrive by email, get read, checked and filed into your spreadsheet or accounting software. You only look at the ones that do not add up.
  • Instant quotes. A short form that asks three questions, calculates with your rates and sends you the lead on your phone.
  • Reminders and follow-ups. Appointment reminders, overdue payment reminders and quote follow-ups that go out on their own.
  • Lead capture. Finding people who are asking for exactly what you sell, scoring their intent and drafting your reply. Nothing is sent without you.
  • Social media automation. Comment a keyword, get the link by DM on Instagram and TikTok; automatic replies on YouTube. I run this on my own accounts every day.
  • Integrations with n8n and Make. Your tools talking to each other so nobody copies data by hand.

How I work

  1. You tell me how you work, in your own words, on a call or in writing.
  2. I tell you what can be automated and what cannot, with estimated hours and euros for each item. If something is not worth it, I say so.
  3. I build it and we test it together, starting with whatever gives back the most time.
  4. You get the documentation and the keys. Accounts in your name, a guide for each piece and no lock-in.

A real case

A phone repair shop in Madrid with two stores: eight automations built over several months, from a WhatsApp assistant that checks the real catalogue and stock before answering, to a trade-in calculator that discounts each defect by what that repair actually costs on that specific model. The full case, with numbers and with what could not be automated, is on the Spanish case study page.

Learn to do it yourself

I also write long, hands-on guides with real screenshots:

And there are free tools from my videos: voice cloning, AI ads, a lead finder and more (in Spanish).

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with businesses outside Spain?

Yes. Almost all the work is remote: a call to understand how you work, access to your tools and testing together. I work in Spanish and English.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what needs connecting, so I quote a fixed price after a short call, before any work starts. First you get a free estimate of the hours you would get back.

Will I be locked in?

No. Accounts are in your name, the documentation is yours and so is the code. You can take it to anyone else.
